Nutty Dipping Sauce


  • 1/3 c. nut butter, peanut or almond
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. honey or brown rice syrup
  • 1 ½” slice fresh ginger, minced
  • Pinch  of cayenne to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. water or coconut water


  1. Blend until creamy in a high speed blender – about 30 seconds
  2. This should be a thick and creamy sauce for wraps or veggies.

* Variation– use tahini instead of nut butter
