Multi-Ultra Dough


  • 3 c. water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry yeast
  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3 c. white wheat flour


  1. In a bowl, combine, yeast, sugar, warm water, oil, sugar, and salt, and mix. Mix in the flour a little at a time, until a soft dough is formed. Knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a good, firm, springy dough. Let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled.
  2. Use this dough for your favorite bread recipes. To make rolls or burger buns, divide dough into 8 pieces and form into balls. Place on oiled baking sheet. Let rise about 20 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees F for 20 – 30 minutes.
