Mom’s Potato Salad


  • 6 c. red skinned potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped


  • 1/2 t0 3/4 c. pickle relish
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 t0 1 c. soy mayonnaise


  1. Cut potatoes into cubes. Steam potatoes until tender. Cool. Add onion and celery.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and stir into potatoes. Chill and serve.
