Mom’s Mayonnaise


  • 1 c. soy or nut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. light olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice


 Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thickened.
