Mom’s Coleslaw


  •  4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. finely diced green onions
  • 1/3 c. Mom’s mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cane juice crystals
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)


 Combine and mix all ingredients, adjusting seasonings to taste. Serve.
