Mock Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 8 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. McKay’s chicken seasoning
  • 1 c. finely diced carrots
  • 1 c. finely grated cabbage
  • 1/2 onions blended with some of the water
  • 1 c. vegan diced chicken
  • 2 c. eggless noodles


  1. In a large kettle add everything except the eggless noodles.
  2. Cook on a slow boil for about 20 minutes, then add the noodles and soy chicken.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes more, or until the noodles are tender.
  4. Serve with your favorite homemade bread, peanut butter and fruit salad.
