- 8 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. McKay’s chicken seasoning
- 1 c. finely diced carrots
- 1 c. finely grated cabbage
- 1/2 onions blended with some of the water
- 1 c. vegan diced chicken
- 2 c. eggless noodles
- In a large kettle add everything except the eggless noodles.
- Cook on a slow boil for about 20 minutes, then add the noodles and soy chicken.
- Cook for about 15 minutes more, or until the noodles are tender.
- Serve with your favorite homemade bread, peanut butter and fruit salad.
