Millet Pudding


  • 2 c. hot cooked millet
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey


  1. Place millet in blender. Add pineapple, banana, salt, vanilla and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding a little almond milk if necessary.
  3. Pour into serving dish and garnish with granola. Serve warm or chilled.
