- 2 c. hot cooked millet
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Place millet in blender. Add pineapple, banana, salt, vanilla and honey.
- Blend until smooth, adding a little almond milk if necessary.
- Pour into serving dish and garnish with granola. Serve warm or chilled.
