Mexican Style Kidliciables


  • 1/2 c. fat-free refried beans
  • 1/4 c. lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
  • 2 Tbsp. non-dairy sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1 handful tortilla chips
  • 1 whole grain tortilla, cut into 4 pieces


  1. Place all items into partitioned containers or separate small containers.
  2. At lunchtime, place ingredients as desired on corn chips or tortilla pieces.
