Maple Topping


  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1+1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1 c. water


  1. Mix 1/4 cup water with the cornstarch.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. When boiling, stir in cornstarch mixture.
  3. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
