Mango Salsa


  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced (or to taste)
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely diced
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice


  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate for best flavor. Serve with corn chips if desired.
