- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. soy supreme soy milk powder or other neutral flavor soy milk powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients except oil and lemon juice. Put the lemon juice into a 3 or 4 c. container and set aside.
- Drizzle in the oil slowly while blending on high speed. Continue to blend until thickened.
- Pour into container with the lemon juice and fold in the lemon juice until thoroughly mixed. Chill.
