Light Italian Dressing


Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. natural sugar
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt

 Wet ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dry Italian mixture.


  1. Mix the dry ingredients and use only 2 tablespoons for the Italian mixture in the wet ingredients.
  2. This dry mixture also does well with veganaise and cream cheese for vegan dips.
  3. You can also add a bit of soymilk for a great creamy italian dressing.
