Lemon Lime Herb Agua Fresca


  • 2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 – 6 lemons)
  • 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
  • 4 c. sparkling mineral water
  • 1/2 c. agave syrup or cane sugar
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 fresh mint leaves


  1. In a 2 quart pitcher add mineral water, lemon juice, lime juice and agave or cane sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add herbs, then fill container with ice. Garnish with lemon slices.
