Italian Salad


  • Romaine lettuce
  • Spring mix
  • Snipped basil
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onions
  • Cucumbers
  • Olives
  • Yeast Flakes
  • Salad Dressing


  1. Pour a little salad dressing in the bottom of the bowl. Add the vegetables and olives and toss well.
  2. Sprinkle with yeast flakes or vegan Parmesan.

*to make a quick, healthful dressing, use a packet of Italian dressing mix, and substitute lemon juice in place of vinegar in the recipe.
