Israeli Salad


  • 4 small cucumbers or 1 english cucumber, finely diced
  • 3 large tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, minced


  • olive oil
  • fresh lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Za’atar* to taste, or any fresh herb


Combine vegetables, add dressing ingredients to taste. Mix well and serve.

* za’atar is a mixture of thyme, sumac and ground toasted sesame seeds.
