Infused Olive Oils


  1. Fill small jars with olive oil and add fresh herbs, such as rosemary, or small dried hot peppers, or any of your favorite flavorings.
  2. Allow to stand at room temperature until oil is infused with flavor.

Use within three months. To serve, pour a little oil into a shallow dish. Garnish with herbs and serve with a hearty bread for dipping.
