- 1 20-oz. can Loma Linda Big Franks
- 1/2 c. reduced fat Vegenaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
- 4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- In a medium bowl, mash the Loma Linda® Big Franks with a fork or potato masher until you have small to medium crumbles.
- In a small bowl, mix the Vegenaise, Sriracha, and pickle relish. Add the Loma Linda® Big Franks and mix well.
- Spread ½ cup onto each of 4 bread slices, then top with another slice. Cut in half.
