Home Run Sandwich


  • 1 20-oz. can Loma Linda Big Franks
  • 1/2 c. reduced fat Vegenaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread


  1. In a medium bowl, mash the Loma Linda® Big Franks with a fork or potato masher until you have small to medium crumbles.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Vegenaise, Sriracha, and pickle relish. Add the Loma Linda® Big Franks and mix well.
  3. Spread ½ cup onto each of 4 bread slices, then top with another slice. Cut in half.
