- 1 (16 oz.) package wild rice blend
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Prepare rice according to package instructions. Mix onion, garlic and salt into cooked rice.
- Press rice into an oil sprayed ring mold. Cool. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
- To unmold, place mold into hot water for a few minutes, then turn out onto serving platter.
