Hi Calcium Drink


  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. carob powder
  • 1 Tbsp. maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. herbal non-caffeinated coffee, opt.
  • 10 oz. hot water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Can also be served cold. Garnish with coconut and serve with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
