- 1 lb. extra-firm tofu
- 2 Tbsp. homemade curry powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. tomato puree, or 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Drain and slice tofu, and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with some of the curry powder.
- In blender, blend tomato, garlic, onion, salt and remaining curry powder.
- Bake at 350 degrees until firm.
