Green Smoothies


  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 blender full of greens – spinach, romaine, chard, kale, parsley, etc.
  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c. fresh pineapple with skin
  • 1 kiwi, with skin
  • omega 3 sprinkles, opt.


  1. Pour 2 cups water into a blender and add greens.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

* Omega 3 sprinkles are made from nuts and seeds.
