- 2 c. water
- 1/2 blender full of greens – spinach, romaine, chard, kale, parsley, etc.
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 c. fresh pineapple with skin
- 1 kiwi, with skin
- omega 3 sprinkles, opt.
- Pour 2 cups water into a blender and add greens.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
* Omega 3 sprinkles are made from nuts and seeds.
