Green Smoothie


  • 2 c. distilled or purified water
  • 1 large handful of mixed greens – spinach, swiss chard, collards, parsley, etc
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 mango, ripe
  • 1/2 c. fresh sweet pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. omega-3 sprinkles


  1. Start with 2 cups water in blender and add greens of choice, as much or as little as you prefer.
  2. Add fruits of choice, as much or as little as you prefer.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding more water as necessary.
  4. Add sprinkles last and blend on slow speed for a few second to mix.
  5. Let stand for about 5 minutes to thicken if desired.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf and a circle of orange or lemon on the rim of the glass.
