• 7 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans chopped or slivered almonds
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ c. light olive oil
  • ½ c. warm water
  • ½ c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine liquid ingredients in separate container.
  2. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well until crumbly.
  3. Transfer to large shallow pans. Bake at 170 degrees for 8 hours. Serve with fruit and soymilk.
