Grammy’s Granola


  • 2 c. quick oats
  • ¼ c. pecan pieces
  • ¼ c. coconut
  • ½ c. pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • ¼ c. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water


  1. Mix the oats, pecan pieces, and coconut together. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, vanilla, oil, and water.
  2. Whip until smooth and pour over the dry ingredients. Press into small clumps. Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown.

* Or try baking at 170 degrees overnight. Add dried fruit if you like, or serve with fresh fruit.
