- 1 recipe Pumpkin Pudding
- 1 recipe Gingerbread Cake, broken up into crumbs
- 4 ½ cups non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 recipe Ginger No-Snaps (or ginger snap cookie of your choice) for garnish
- In nine individual trifle cups layer ingredients in this order: gingerbread cake crumbs, pumpkin pudding, non-dairy whipped topping.
- Repeat layers ending with non-dairy whipped topping. Place a ginger no-snap cookie on top for garnish! Serve cold!
