Garden Pasta Soup


  • 3 c. water
  • 2 c. potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 c. diced cabbage
  • 1 c. brown rice pasta or whole wheat pasta
  • 1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. unfermented soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes


  1. Bring water to a boil. While water is heating, add the vegetables.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
