- 3 c. water
- 2 c. potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 c. diced cabbage
- 1 c. brown rice pasta or whole wheat pasta
- 1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unfermented soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- Bring water to a boil. While water is heating, add the vegetables.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
