- 1 c. soaked garbanzo beans
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 onion, finely chopped or sliced
- In blender, combine soaked garbanzos and water and blend until smooth.
- Pour into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Batter should be thick.
- Drop by tablespoons into hot skillet and fry in a little oil until golden on both sides.
