Fruity Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. fresh fruit of choice – strawberry, mango, pineapple, kiwi, etc.
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp. chia seeds, ground
  • agave nectar if needed

Instructions:

  1. Place fruit and chia in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Sweeten if necessary. Jam will thicken as it stands. Garnish with strawberry fan.
