Fruity Chews


  • 1 c. dried apricots or peaches
  • 1 c. dried pears
  • 1 c. pitted dates
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. raw walnuts or other nut of choice
  • 1/4 c. macaroon coconut
  • pinch of salt


  1. Combine dried fruit and nuts and run through a grinder.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and mix and knead together with gloved hands.
  3. Break off small pieces and form into balls. Roll in coconut.
