- 1 c. dried apricots or peaches
- 1 c. dried pears
- 1 c. pitted dates
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. raw walnuts or other nut of choice
- 1/4 c. macaroon coconut
- pinch of salt
- Combine dried fruit and nuts and run through a grinder.
- Sprinkle with salt and mix and knead together with gloved hands.
- Break off small pieces and form into balls. Roll in coconut.
