- Chopped vegetables of choice, including carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, red pepper slices, onions, etc.
- Fresh kale leaves
- 1 head of cabbage, opt.
- Dressing, opt.
- Decorate edges of platter with kale leaves. For fruit platter, place top of pineapple in center for decoration. Fill with fruit.
- For vegetable platter, hollow out cabbage and fill with dressing. Place in center of platter. Fill with veggies of choice.
