Fruit or Vegetable Platter


  • Chopped fruit or vegetables of choice, including fresh pineapple, watermelon, melon, grapes etc.
  • Chopped vegetables of choice, including carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, red pepper slices, onions, etc.
  • Fresh kale leaves
  • 1 head of cabbage, opt.
  • Dressing, opt.


  1. Decorate edges of platter with kale leaves. For fruit platter, place top of pineapple in center for decoration. Fill with fruit.
  2. For vegetable platter, hollow out cabbage and fill with dressing. Place in center of platter. Fill with veggies of choice.
