Fruit Pizza



  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Soy Whipped Cream:

  • 1 12.3 oz. package silken tofu
  • 1 c. soy milk powder
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup, honey or sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract


  • Sliced strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Raspberries
  • Mandarin orange slices
  • Banana slices, opt.


  1. Place almonds in food processer and process until fine. Add oats and process again. Pour into medium mixing bowl and stir in whole flour and salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Press into pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, being careful not to burn.
  3. Place all whipped topping ingredients in blender except for the oil. Blend until well mixed. Slowly add oil while blender is turning.
  4. Spread whipped topping over baked crust. Decorate top with fruit.
