Fresh Summer Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 7 strawberries, halved
  • 2 medium peaches, cubed
  • 3 kiwis, cut into cubes
  • 10 black grapes
  • 2 c. pineapple, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, minced

Instructions:

  1. Place fruit on skewers in desired order.
  2. Mix canola oil and maple syrup and drizzle over fruit kabobs.
  3. Sprinkle with minced mint leaves and serve.
