Fresh Summer Fruit kabobs


  • 7 strawberries, halved
  • 2 medium peaches, cubed
  • 3 kiwifruit, cubed
  • 10 black grapes
  • 2 c. cubed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, minced


  1. Place fruit chunks on a bamboo skewer, ending with a strawberry.
  2. Whisk canola oil and maple syrup together and spread over kabobs.
  3. Place kabobs in refrigerator to chill. Sprinkle with mint leaves before serving.
