Flaky Pie Crust


  • 1+1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. soy milk


  1. Measuring carefully, mix flour, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Using a whisk, whip oil and soy milk together until well blended.
  3. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in liquid.
  4. Stir quickly until dough forms a ball. Roll out to desired shape and bake, following your desired recipe.
