Flaky Pie Crust


  • 1 ¼ c. flour
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. soy milk


  1. In a small bowl, mix flour and salt. Set aside.
  2. Whip canola oil and soy milk together until creamy. Add to flour mixture and mix gently just until moistened.
  3. Roll out and use according to recipe instructions.
