Energy Juice


  • 6 large carrots
  • 1 large leaf of kale
  • 2 c. spinach
  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 in. ginger root
  • 1 lemon or lime, with skin partially removed
  • 2 medium apples


  • Run everything through an auger-style juicer.
  • Strain, garnish and serve.
