Energy Fruit Smoothie


  • 1-1/4 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 apple, cut into fourths
  • 1 pear, cut into fourths
  • 1 banana, cut in half
  • 1-1/2 c. frozen strawberries


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
