Egg-Like Drop Soup


  • 2 c. water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, thinly chopped
  • 1/4 c. mashed tofu
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch


  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, salt, yeast flakes, garlic powder, green onion and tofu.
  • Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water. Add to boiling soup, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Serve.
