- 2 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 green onion, thinly chopped
- 1/4 c. mashed tofu
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, salt, yeast flakes, garlic powder, green onion and tofu.
- Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water. Add to boiling soup, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Serve.
