- 2/3 c. canola oil
- 5 Tbsp. ice water
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- In a medium sized bowl, mix the canola oil, and ice water together. Whip until it turns a milky color.
- Mix the salt with the flour and slowly pour into the liquid, stirring gently. Keep adding flour until a soft dough is formed.
- Use as needed according to your recipe.
