Easy Pie Crust


  • 2/3 c. canola oil
  • 5 Tbsp. ice water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix the canola oil, and ice water together. Whip until it turns a milky color.
  2. Mix the salt with the flour and slowly pour into the liquid, stirring gently. Keep adding flour until a soft dough is formed.
  3. Use as needed according to your recipe.
