Easy Ginger Cookies


  • 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 oz. soy margarine
  • 1 1/2 oz. turbinado sugar, softened
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. ground ginger


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and ginger and mix well.
  2. Add margarine and mix well. Squeeze together to form a dough.
  3. Form into balls about the size of a walnuts. Place on oiled baking sheet and press with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan to cool.
