- 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 4 oz. soy margarine
- 1 1/2 oz. turbinado sugar, softened
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and ginger and mix well.
- Add margarine and mix well. Squeeze together to form a dough.
- Form into balls about the size of a walnuts. Place on oiled baking sheet and press with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Remove from pan to cool.
