- 1 large can black beans, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 Tbsp. potato flakes, opt.
- water as needed
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add green peppers, black beans, and yeast flakes.
- Stir in peanut butter. Add potato flakes to thicken stew or water to thin to desired consistency.
