- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. ground almonds
- 1 c. raisins or chopped, soaked dates
- 1 c. almond milk
- 1 heaping teaspoon egg replacer
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey
- Combine dry ingredients and mix. Stir wet ingredients together and stir into the dry.
- Pour into oil-sprayed loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
