Delicious Vegan Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat sub rolls
  • Vegan spaghetti sauce
  • Ground veggie meat (walnut gluten is good)
  • Vegan shredded cheese
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Onions, chopped
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Other toppings as desired

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Cut sub bun in half. Spread with tomato sauce, add veggie meat and vegan cheese shreds. Add desired toppings and bake for 15 – 16 minutes, or until nice and crunchy.
  3. Cut into fourths and serve.
