Cucumber Salad Cylinders

2 whole English cucumbers
1 c. peeled, diced cucumber
1 ripe avocado, cut into slivers
1/4 c. onion, cut into small slivers
4 strawberries, thinly sliced
1 green apples, cored, diced
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Basil-infused olive oil to taste

1. In a small bowl, mix the salad ingredients together.
2. Thinly slice English cucumbers lengthwise, trimming and notching ends. Fasten ends to form cylinders.
3. Place cucumber cylinder on a small salad plate and fill with salad. Garnish and serve.
