Creamy Rice Cereal


  • 4 c. cooked brown rice
  • 2 c. soy milk
  • 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon


  1. Cook the rice and milk together until thickened and creamy. Add the maple syrup and cinnamon to the hot rice and stir until well mixed.
  2. Serve with the following suggested toppings: frozen blueberries, raisins, sliced peaches, strawberries, walnuts, pecans, almonds, and coconut.

Yield: 8 half-cup servings
