- 2 small avocados
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1/3 c. nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 bunch fresh basil
Place walnuts, yeast flakes and salt in food processor and process until fine. Add avocado, lemon juice and basil and process until smooth.
* fresh garlic can also be added, if desired
