Corny Corn Bread


  • 1 c. yellow corn grits
  • 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 Tbsp. aluminum free baking powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fructose
  • 1 1/4 c. almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil


  1. Mix corn grits, flour, baking powder and fructose. Stir in almond milk and oil.
  2. Pour into oil-sprayed 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden.
