- 1 c. yellow corn grits
- 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 Tbsp. aluminum free baking powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. fructose
- 1 1/4 c. almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- Mix corn grits, flour, baking powder and fructose. Stir in almond milk and oil.
- Pour into oil-sprayed 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden.
