- two 12-oz. packages Yves Meatless Ground Round
- 1 large onion, diced and sautéed
- 3 c. quick oats
- 2 tsp. Vege-Sal or all-purpose veggie seasoning
- 1/4 c. dry or fresh bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos
- 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil Vegenaise
- 12.3-oz. package Mori-Nu tofu, optional
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape into patties large enough to fit onto hamburger buns.
- Fry in small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.
