Cinda’s VegeBurgers

Ingredients:

  • two 12-oz. packages Yves Meatless Ground Round
  • 1 large onion, diced and sautéed
  • 3 c. quick oats
  • 2 tsp. Vege-Sal or all-purpose veggie seasoning
  • 1/4 c. dry or fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil Vegenaise
  • 12.3-oz. package Mori-Nu tofu, optional

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape into patties large enough to fit onto hamburger buns.
  3. Fry in small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.
