Chunky Applesauce


  • 4 – 6 medium apples
  • 1/2 c. water or orange juice


  1. Core apples and cut into chunks.
  2. Place in saucepan with water or juice.
  3. Cover and simmer until soft, mashing with potato masher as needed, leaving texture chunky.
