Chicken or Turkey Gravy


  • 1+1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. additional water
  • 2+1/2 Tbsp. chicken-like seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes


  1. Bring 1+1/2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. In a cup, mix remaining 1/2 c. water with remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into boiling water. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
